bean sprouts
The pad thai we are all craving is a loooong time coming.
This is the extent of my gardening over the last few weeks, besides the removal of offending green but very velvety and plump pests from the kale, just rinsing mung bean shoots twice a day, turning and, well, just waiting... and waiting... and waiting. Maybe tomorrow...

We've just started sprouting...I love it...it has to be the most satisfying form of gardening (we haven't had a failure yet!)
Silver rookie- all i can say is Im not surprised they bleach to ones in the shop-mine are looking a little sadder now... but it is a great no dig method! lol

Green Bean- hello! yes, i saw your sprouting post , my advice...if you think you have enough , halve it! we ended up with about 10 cups of sprouts! too much for pad thai and salads! im giving them away...
