Those pickles look delicious! I'm keen to try fermenting. I'm about to make a tomato lactofermented salsa.

Following the link to your pickle recipe i noticed the book on wild fermentation by Sandor Felix Katz. Have you seen it? Just wondering how good it is?

This is a a great pickle recipe. these are very new pickles in the picture, no 'fermentation has taken place yet, just cut and put into brine! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I haven't read the book- i just use the website. I have also made the yummy sauerkraut .

hi melonkee :-) go to Layout > Page Elements and click the Edit link in the Blog Posts element to open the blog post configuration tool. Then, check the box next to Reactions, edit your reactions as a comma-separated list, and click Save
