I just have to say this was my favorite show of all times. A friend taped every episode for me and I watched them repeatedly. There's a timeless quality to them. Although that was a few years ago.
I hope this is screened here in the not too distant future, looks like a film that SBS would pick up...I think I'll write to them and enquire.
The waterbirth shot is so glorious, the way the baby swims out is magnificent to watch. I also love the sheer joy on the woman's face at 1min 22sec as she delivers.
